All rights, including copyright, in the content of these web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Kavanagh Customs. In accessing these web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Kavanagh Customs.

By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Kavanagh Customs aims to ensure that the pricing of products on the web pages is correct at all times, however, the web pages may not accurately reflect the correct details at the moment at which you place your order. Kavanagh Customs reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Availability information is listed on each individual product and is updated daily and thus may be out of date at any time due to recent purchases. All items are either in stock and available to sell or otherwise unavailable. Sales are run on a "first come, first served" basis and if Kavanagh Customs cannot fulfil your order, your payment will be directly refunded to your payment source. You will receive an email explaining this in the event that it occurs. Kavanagh Customs accepts no liability for losses as a result of items being out of stock and you are advised to email prior to check availability for that day.

You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.

Our website payment system is powered by Paypal and can accept payment directly from other PayPal accounts or via debit/credit cards. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Kavanagh Customs will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

If, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Shop @ Kavanagh Customs, you may cancel your order within seven days of delivery (starting on the day you receive the goods). Items must be returned within the seven day period at your cost and must be returned in original and unused condition. Until the item is returned it remains the buyer's responsibility and suitable packaging and insurance should be considered to ensure the item's safe return. Proof of posting is not proof of return.

All returns are charged a 10% restocking fee and refunds will not include original P&P charges. No refund will be credited until the item has been returned safely. All returns must be cleared with us prior to their return. Sale items, those specifically described as non-return, and items returned in non-original condition will not be accepted nor refunded. If a refund is refused due to any of the above-mentioned points and the item has already been returned to us, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you. Where this is not completed within thirty days, we will dispose of your item on your behalf.

If purchased internationally, you must ensure that your return parcel is marked as a returning item to the UK, otherwise Customs and Exercise may add duty to it upon re-entry to the UK. If this occurs due to mis-labelling, these fees will also be deducted from your refund. We do not enter Customs disputes on behalf of customers so it is important that you are careful when filling out your customs forms to make it clear that it is a product of the UK, being returned to the UK.

Kavanagh Customs shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Contracts between you and Kavanagh Customs shall be governed by English Law and you and Kavanagh Customs submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
