Kavanagh Customs > Shop >Shipping InformationWe take great pride in the guitars and parts we produce and as such, we always ship our items in the most secure, well-packaged way possible. It is because of this that we have forged strong relationships with local carton companies - using specially designed and made shipping cartons for all our items to ensure their safe journey to their new owner. We also use massive amounts of bubble wrap (generally reused, naturally) and only ship via reliable, insured, and trackable methods. We haven't had a single item lost of damaged in the post in over a year, we have every intention of keeping it that way.
We happily ship worldwide (apart from certain areas of Africa) and most items will arrive with you safely within five days of shipping although some international items can take longer dependant on how long they spend in the receiving country's customs.

Due to the nature of our shipping cartons we cannot combine shipping on combinations of necks and bodies. We can happily combine shipping costs on two or more of the same type of item (eg: two necks), but only for UK-bound items. Please email us for combined shipping costs.
